Deposit Policies
Guest Suites
For reservations made more than 30 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% is due no less than 30 days prior to your arrrival. Please note: our deposit and reservation may be forfeited if payment in full has not been received by the due date.
For reservations made 30 days or less before arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking, and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policies
For changes made up to 30 days in advance of your arrival date a $50 administration fee will be applied.
For cancellations made up to 30 days in advance of your arrival date, your deposit and any additional payment made will be refunded, minus a $50 administration fee.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of your arrival date. However, if you must cancel we will attempt to re-book your reserved space, and will refund whatever portion we are able to rent, minus a $50. administration fee.
*Trip cancellaton coverage is available from:(a) some financial institutions; (b) most insurers/agents or brokers and; (c)some credit card providers.
General Policies
Check-in time: 4 pm; Check-out time: 11am
In order to maintain an atmosphere of quiet enjoyment for all our guests, prior arrangements must be made with us for you to bring your young children or pets.
Also, we ask guests staying with us to limit noise between 9:30 pm and 9 am.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors, in specifically designated areas. Please limit alcohol comsumption to your private guest areas, and note that recreational drug use is not allowed anywhere on-site.
