The Kitchen
Adjacent to the Great Room is our beautiful big commercial style kitchen. Gas range, double ovens, multiple sinks, double fridges, ample counters,and a large central island,crafted from our own arbutus wood, make this an excellent venue for culinary or herbal classes and demonstrations.
The huge timbers, vaulted ceilings,versatile track lighting, sunlight and gorgeous views create an atmosphere that's both chic and homey. The layout is designed for easy & efficient buffet-style service.
The kitchen is the main hub for the delicious meals, featuring the island's best produce and artisan foods, that we can arrange for any event. |
