The Ango Farm
Ango Retreat is a 20 acre tract of woodlands,
meadows, gardens and a pond, included within
the British Columbia Agricultural Land Reserve.
We are members of the local Natural Growers Association, and participants in a heritage seed-producing program.
We use environmentally sensitive and natural permaculture farming practices, to produce abundant and nutritious crops while preserving and enhancing the natural features of the land.
Currently we grow an extensive variety of vegetables, fruits, flowers, herbs and hay, using locally grown organic seed, as well as seed we save from year to year.
Our food gardens include 70 blueberry bushes, raspberries, cherries, apples, pears, kiwi, figs, nuts and many vegetables and herbs.
Our delicious and fresh-picked, seasonally available produce, and hand-blended teas from our organic herbs are available for guests to purchase on-site. We also accept orders for raspberries and blueberries.
